And it’s completely unsustainable. Even if we wanted to keep it the way we have it now. It can’t do it financially.”“We’re going to go bankrupt as a nation,” Biden said.
“Now, people when I say that look at me and say, ‘What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?’” Biden said. “The answer is yes, that's what I’m telling you.”

I think Obama chose Biden to make himself look smarter, but it's starting to backfire. Biden can't seem to say anything that makes sense, and the American Public is tired of the nonsense.

ReplyDeleteThere's plenty of people in that school of thought, but I think Obama really doesn't believe he needs to look any more intelligent. I think he believes he's uber-intelligent and everyone already knows it.
The Biden pick I think, was based on two things (1) He wasn't Clinton, and (2) Biden was the least damaging of the weak cast of characters available. He only plagarized stuff years ago, he didn't cheat on his taxes as far as we know.
I agree with your point on Biden's damage. He's certainly not helping Obama's cause, which is terrific for conservatives. Maybe he's a GOP sleeper agent. Sort of like Susan Collins. Wait, no, she's just a sleeper.
