Maybe I was wrong. Maybe not.

Yesterday I thought the Trump Bannon feud was deliberately contrived. Rush Limbaugh spoke today, revealing that he thinks Bannon was a loose canon in the Trump White House.
Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said Thursday that he believes Stephen Bannon was responsible for the majority of the first-year leaks coming out of the Trump administration.

“The thing that I think everybody believes and that everybody knows is that most of the leaking that was coming out of the Trump White House was Steve Bannon,” Limbaugh said.
Trump disavowing Bannon seemed yesterday like it was a publicity stunt. Rush Limbaugh going after him today seems like either he's not in the loop or there is a legitimate falling out with Bannon by those on the right.  That's reinforced by his financial backers backing away from him;
Mr. Bannon’s longtime benefactors, billionaires Robert Mercer and his daughter Rebekah Mercer, are actively distancing from him even before the expected release of Michael Wolff’s book “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” according to two people close to the Mercers.
Then again if the goal is to sell books, or to sell celebrity, or to give the media something to talk about, it's really working.  The problem is, with the Dow above 25,000, GDP growth likely hitting 4% in Q4, unemployment way down, and bonus payouts up, maybe that isn't what everyone needs to be talking about.
