Let's Go Brandon, the Justin Trudeau (true dope) of America had railed on president Trump for removing documents (which he had legally first declassified) as being dubious and deserving of impeachment etc.  Except he's been caught doing it himself, more than once now. Duplicity.

Lib duplicity - yet again

This should come as a shock to no one, liberals will dox a conservative (and also deny doing it), but God forbid it happens to them.  Then it's a capital crime.

It's all about optics people.  How anyone can see this and the duplicity of Nancy Pelosi, as well as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and still vote for Democrats is beyond me.  The level of idiocy is indescribable.

Even if you agree with their politics, why vote for rattlesnakes?  They will betray you as soon as you are of no use to them. Republican voters are at least trying to purge their leaders of insincere fakes, Democrat voters just seem to embrace their leaders who are not really for the people.  That makes those voters idiots.  Useful, but still idiots.

Duplicity on police policy

Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. said yesterday that Rayshard Brooks shooting a taser at a police officer was not a threat.  Except two weeks ago he said the police shooting a taser at Brooks was use of a deadly weapon.

Duplicity plus stupidity without accountability = Paul L. Howard, Jr.

This was an unfortunate situation that escalated unexpectedly and quickly.  Police are in a difficult situation wherein they are called to deal with an issue.  The situation is never entirely one they can control.  Manage, yes.  Deescalate, possibly. Resolve, yes.  But how they resolve it depends on the cooperation of others involved.

The police are called upon to be everything from social workers to rescuers.  They often have to go well beyond what they have been trained to do.  They are human, and mistakes are possible.  Add in the fact that there are untold thousands of police in America and it becomes inevitable that mistakes will be made.  But while most of the time mistakes are not made, when they are made to casually attribute it to racism is also a self-serving lie. 

Obviously more training, more screening, more pay will make a difference and reduce errors.  No matter what, errors will never reach 0%.  Unless there are no police.  But calls to defund the police is also an example of duplicity, because that is the exact opposite of what is needed.  No police is an error of epic proportion because those in need of police assistance would then never receive it.  Often those most in need and who will suffer are the poor, including people of every race.

Criminals would be the ones to flourish without police.  Or more consequentially, criminal organizations.  So why are so many Democrats in favor of defunding the police?  Maybe they are in the group that stands to benefit.

Defund the police should be replaced by defend the police.  They need more support, more training  and deserve more pay given what they are required to deal with on a daily basis.

Duplicity for me but not for thee

If the Democrats wanted Biden out of the race for the Democratic nominee for president in 2020, they have done brilliantly.  Otherwise, they've stepped in it (and by it, I mean it looks like they have stepped right into a trap).

If Nancy Pelosi wants to be known as the leader of a Congress bent on getting president Trump but not only failing miserably but failing to address any real problem that is currently facing the nation (e.g. illegal immigration, the opioid crisis, China, Iran, etc.), then she is succeeding magnificently.  Otherwise she is ensuring a Republican route of Democrats in Congress in 2020.

If Democrats want to to come across as myopic frothing anti-Trump lunatics, mission accomplished. Otherwise this is going to be a huge self-inflicted wounds and exposure of a lot of Democrat corruption from which they could take a decade to recover.

Oh and duplicity?  Check.

Google, still evil as of 10 minutes ago

To recap, Ted Cruz grilled a Google spokesperson on the Project Veritas expose as well as other evidence that Google has gone well beyond bias:

Tucker Carlson last night gave the Project Veritas story the coverage it deserved, since Google has removed Project Veritas' ability to speak for themselves.

Not surprisingly, the Leftist media is ignoring the story.

This double standard and duplicity must not be allowed to stand.  If you are an American and you love your country you need to vote straight ticket Republican in 2020.  Yes, there are a lot of lackluster Republicans every election cycle, but the alternative to a crushing defeat of progressivism at the ballot box is not something that will allow America to be sustained.

Even if you are a liberal like Tim Pool is, you cannot abide by the destruction of free speech.  You must not abide by the existence of a shadow government trying to thwart a duly elected president and the first amendment rights of all Americans simply by hiding behind the notion of being a private entity.  They are no more a private entity that was the phone company which was broken up for far less nefarious reasons than those being attributed to Facebook.

Quick Hits inspired by Jim Carrey

Jim Carrey has opted out of promoting his new movie because of the gun violence involved. He is being consistent in his principles - having been an avid anti-gun advocate since Sandy Hook.  But the same consistency cannot be seen in his career. His star has dwindled and he is sabotaging his own career by refusing to promote the film. But that aside, he has been paid a salary - would that not including efforts at promotion for the film, as a contractual obligation?  I disagree with his stance on the second amendment, but I am not questioning his commitment to his cause.  I am questioning his commitment to his obligations.

In the same story I was reminded about something that has bothered me for some time.  There was a quote from the Executive Producer, about films not being responsible for changing behavior in those who view it;

"Ultimately, this is his decision, but I've never quite bought the notion that violence in fiction leads to violence in real-life any more than Harry Potter casting a spell creates more Boy Wizards in real-life."

That's a common cry from Hollywood - don't blame us for the violence or moral decay in society.  We are a mirror of society not an inspiration for it.

Okay, then explain to me why there are so many activist actors trying to influence the public with their politics.  And why is that reflected in movies and music and television show advocacy?  It's not hypocrisy, it's duplicity.

People from other countries unwilling to commit to the new nation ultimately end up being a burden and disruptive to their host nation. Carrey's a burden because he's trying to change the culture to suit his own views.  He's okay with making money from a violent movie but he doesn't want people to watch it. WTF?

Given that dichotomy what are we to make of illegal immigrants from Mexico who clearly do not identify as American, aren't willing to conform to its rules (in fact their very presence is a violation of those laws)?  What is their motivation?  Where is their national allegiance?  The answer it seems, is to naturalize these millions of people. Right now.  And what will they bring to the nation should they be legalized? With those questions still unanswered or the answers dubious at best, there should be ZERO rush to pass immigration reform that offers amnesty.

Deception, Greed, Corruption - Thy Name Is Also Democrat

The band 54-40 had a song back in 2000 called Casual Viewing. Near the start of the song the following verses:

If you ride upon the tiger

You can never get off,

They get hungry.

The context is as part of a modern day parable about greed and getting stuck in something that might have seemed like a good idea at the outset.  The band's political message, while clearly not aligned with a conservative movement, certainly has some lessons for the modern Democrat party in America - they are greedy, corrupt and caught in a web of deception of their own making.

They are locked into the lies about global warming.  They are locked into the lies about health care imrpoving under their supposed cure-all plan.  The are locked into lies about ACORN and even their own real agenda.

There are lies;



More lies.

There is greed.

And there is corruption;



And there is even arrogance. They plan to ram as much through as possible in the mistaken belief that people aren't upset at their ideas or spending but rather their inability so far to overcome the resistence to it all. In other words, people love us, they hate those who are against us and they want us to hurry up and fix everything and overcome the resistence to our great ideas.

It's hard to believe Democrats don't care about the bald-faced self-serving nature of their actions, but if the shoe fits...

Promise one thing, deliver instead something else. That's duplicity.
