Watch Trump on SNL - you know you want to...

Comedian Jim Norton knows you want to watch Donald Trump on SNL, and he said so at Time online recently, and he covered some salient points about Trump.
Donald Trump is hosting Saturday Night Live this week, and love him or hate him, you have to admit he’s the only candidate who will actually do it well. SNL’s present cast is excellent, and Trump has hosted before. Watching any of those other painfully banal candidates attempt to deliver punch lines would be excruciating at best...

Maybe I’m just biased because I like Trump and intend to vote for him. The thing that attracts me to him is what a wonderful mirror he is to how bad the other candidates are. It seems the best way to observe how flat and dead most politicians are is to put them in close proximity of someone who is alive. That doesn’t mean I think he’s always right; I just think he’s honest...

One of my favorite qualities about Trump is he seems to be the only person in either party with enough of a spine to push back against the endless, deafening whine of American hypersensitivity. Even the most seasoned politicians should take note; Trump’s unwillingness to be cowed for his opinions is a more respected quality than any of their takes on any of the issues.
There's not much there with which to disagree.  Maybe I'm just biased because I'm a fan of Jim Norton's truly unique (a  polite term for it) comedic musings. But  I can believe every word of what he's written because he could be writing about himself in those last two paragraphs.  I'm sure there a lot of other people who feel the same way.

Does that mean I'm rooting for Trump? Yes.  Not necessarily to win, but certainly to continue doing what he's doing because there's traction in it and that means there are people out there who get him, and get his honesty and his unwillingness to be 'cowed for his opinions'. That matters.

Another SNL alumni turns on Obama

 Rob Schneider, committed liberal, will not support the president.  When you are a liberal Democrat and you start losing self proclaimed liberal Hollywood/NYC voters, you are in big, BIG trouble.  Especially when you lose them for this reason:

Dennis Miller was a trend setter, Victoria Jackson is also a conservative, and more recently Jon Lovitz unloaded on Obama (warning - language).  Now Rob Schneider (aka Deuce Bigalow). The leaks in the not-so-good ship Obama are starting to multiply. It could get really bad for the president really fast.

Franken gets it

Al Franken, clueless lefty, finally gets it. Known for his boisterous tirades and his angry brand of anti-conservative illogical, Franken has been on his game during the hearings for Supreme Court judicial nominee Elena Kagan. The thing is, it looks like his game isn't really politics.

SNL Big 3 Bailout skit. Good, bad.

This one they have no trouble showing. Of course it underplays Big 3 quality and value. But it is a funny skit. Once in a while Saturday Night Live does do a funny AND relevant sketch.

Watch when Rep. Meeks speaks about how he will vote - likely predictive regarding so many Democrats' votes.

But I still can't seem to find the SNL financial bailout sketch that rips the Democrats. The writers must have been high when they made that sketch. And also when they performed it. They must have come to their liberal senses and pulled it only after realizing what they had done.

Saturday Night Live bailout skit

Still MIA. The election is over guys, you can put the video back up now, you won.

Is that video going to be stricken from every possible public record? Or has it already?

Well, at least we have this;
