Admit it didn't work, and move on

This is what the global elite need to do. Do you think they will, or will they continue doubling down on their failed efforts? Spoiler - it's the latter. They do it with everything: the debt ceiling, DEI, and even apparently with Jeffrey Epstein.  Why would, in this case, the European global elite change their Modus Operendi of shoving their agenda down people's throats and then blaming the victims for the problem?

No surprise at all on the  global elites' on the approach.  What surprises me about all of this is three different questions I have: (1) Why didn't the global elite anticipate the response from people in response? (2) Why is the backlash finally happening now? and (3) Is this really the only play the global elite have thought out?

Here are my suspicions on the answers to those questions. (1) They did anticipate a pushback but they don't care because the agenda dictates going forward regardless. That begs the question "What is the ultimate goal of this agenda?" That I cannot fathom because there are no good outcomes from forced multiculturalism, forced ignore Epstein, etc. 

(2) This one is curious. A lot of people knew these policies were not going to end well, but did nothing; cowed into submission by ad hominem attacks of racism. But how did it get to the point where that no longer makes a difference? It could be because crime and economic reality have gotten so bad, there is no alternative but to rise up against these horribly thought out (or deliberately evil) policies. The thing I find ironic is that it is happening across the West at an approximately equal pace. MAGA, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Eastern Europe are all pushing towards more conservative policies. 

That could be as a result of natural pendulum swings politically over time but the pendulums in various nations seem to be synching up. Surely it is rather a result of a manmade interference in the natural flow of these societies. It's no mere coincidence that Western nations had started the DEI and unfettered immigration policies around a similar time frame as well. Perhaps it is only logical that the pushbacks would happen in relatively similar timeframes as well.

(3) The global elite may be rich and powerful, but they are no smarter than the rest of us and in fact, possible not as smart as common sense folk, having lived so detached from reality in their wealth, opulence and decadence.  Yet they are in charge. Ironic.

Frightening air crash #2

It looked like a missile coming into Philadelphia. The second air disaster in president Trump's term, and I'm guessing the media want to spin it as Trump's fault but can't. So instead they are questioning his response to the first accident as premature. Just because DEI was not immediately an attributable cause of the crash over the Potomac, doesn't mean that DEI, including people with mental health issues working as air traffic controllers, is not a problem at the FAA. It lowers the overall capability where top level capability is essential. 

There's just too much to keep up!

Not a conspiracy

I've always claimed to not be a conspiracy theorist and when I talk about conspiracy theories it's generally because I am wondering about the possibility of there being any truth to it in a specific instance.  So it might seem like I actually be a conspiracy theorist. I'm not. I tend to believe the simplest, most obvious explanation is generally the most likely. Right now, there are a lot of theories floating around about the lax security at the assassination attempt on Trump. One common posit is that security was so poorly organized that it had to be an inside set-up job. 

I don't think so. I think the Secret Service was more concerned about Diversity Equity and Inclusion than it was about Security, Safety and Protection. DEI is leading to incompetence. The best person for the job, IS the best person for the job, quotas which are no longer legal in college admissions should most certainly not be applied to secret service security, it's absurd.  And yet, it's a practice.

Most of the agents on the ground did remarkable work. What was missing was the pre-planning; how was that building not secured?  Where was the coordination with local police who were warned about a man on the roof of the building?  The incompetence was primarily in the planning of the security; that is at a higher level. Failures in planning led to this possibility.   But that is not a deliberate conspiracy, it's fundamental incompetence.

DEI down in flames?

The reason DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) is bad is simple.  Diversity of skin color, or religion, or gender, or ethnicity, is not true diversity; diversity of thought is true diversity.  Equity is an amorphous word; equality of opportunity but equity or equality of outcome, is communism. It's anti-progress. And Inclusion can mean anything you want it to mean, which is exactly why we have trans women competing in women's sports. DEI leads to bad outcomes.

I'm all for equality of opportunity, equality in education quality, but not equality of outcome.  I want the best players on my baseball team, not the best players who tick certain ethnic/gender/color/religious boxes. I want the most qualified pilot flying my plane, not the most inclusive-centric pilot.

DEI will eventually collapse in on itself.  Does this development mean it's happening? Not yet, but this helps.
