Dan is Rather stupid

Over at Hot Air they had an article on more Dan Rather stupidity. I don't like to engage in name-calling as it denigrates the debate to irrelevance. Okay, maybe just a little. But there's no other way to put it. Dan is supposedly a 'revered' journalist (by the left at least) but his partisanship has been evident for years. And now his lack of respect for the Constitution takes whatever remaining credibility he has and flushes it down the toilet.

The startling thing about the post by Allahpundit who was a key participant in the Killian documents issue that helped sink Rather at CBS, now seems to get Rather's point. Is Allahpundit a one person Democrat sleeper cell? More importantly, is Hot Air now propounding a position that distances itself from the Constitution of the United States of America?

God, I hope not.
