Why does anyone take him seriously?

James Comey, former FBI Director, loves Joe Biden. Probably because it means  his butt is safe. The real question is, why does anyone care what this lying, scheming, plotting coward has to say at this point?  The plot to topple president Trump and protect Hillary Clinton has been proven a complete hoax. He was a huge part of that. His words to quote LOTR,  "are poison".

Here's an example, via Breitbart:

Comey said, “I think about what four years of a retribution presidency might look like. He could order the investigation and prosecution of individuals who he sees as enemies. I’m sure I’m on the enemies list. Because the president constitutionally does oversee the Executive Branch entirely which includes the Department of Justice, prosecutors and investigators.”

Psaki said, “You are Republican most of your life, and you may still consider yourself one, but voted for Biden in 2020. Do you intend to vote for him again or is there anyone on the Republican side you might consider, if it’s not Trump?”

Comey replied, “It has to be Joe Biden. And I’m glad he’s willing to serve.”

He added, “It has to be somebody committed to the rule of law, committed to the values of this country. And I’m not talking about policy. People can disagree about policy. There are things above those disagreements that all of us should think about the same way. The president must be someone who abides the law and our Constitution. And there’s no one else but Joe Biden.”

If that doesn't turn your stomach then you don't follow politics. 

Sally Yates throws James Comey under the bus

It looks more and more like the jig is up on the Democrat-media-complex phony Trump-Russia collusion scandal.  As the Senate investigates what happened and why, and as the Bill Barr and John Durham investigations have entered the criminal investigation phase it really seems like everyone is abandoning ship to save themselves.  But they seem to be doing so in a coordinated way; that is, to blame former FBI Director James Comey as the rogue agent who was the lawbreaker in the scheme. Everyone else was acting in good faith based on falsehoods generated by Comey.

To be clear, James Comey was a bad actor and a scumbag who betrayed his position, his agency and his country. But that alone does not exonerate everyone else. Hopefully the trail that leads inevitably to Comey does not abruptly end there.

Worth a chuckle.  Former FBI Director James Comey has never been above politics.  He's never even been above being a self-serving swamp dweller.  His credibility stands up only if you are so blindly partisan that anything he says that helps your world anti-Trump view.

Even Democrats used to call him not credible when it was convenient for them to do so.  Of course their tune has changed, unlike conservatives and Republicans who were skeptical even when we thought he was 'one of us'.

When you see the liberal narrative imploding, it's hard not to laugh.  After all what do they have left if Lyin' Comey was their last, best only hope?  Country is on the wrong track?  Nope.  Tax cuts hurt the economy?  Nope.  Blue Wave?  Nope.

Marco Rubio brilliantly questions James Comey

As I mentioned on Twitter, I am pleasantly surprised at how well Marco Rubio did in questioning Marco Rubio.  He may have gone 95% of the way in acquitting the president of any wrongdoing in a matter of minutes.
