What is currently going on in France is horrific. One arrest has been made and the suspect claimed to be from Syria, with others and recruited by ISIS. That is not Junior Varsity, that's an al Qaida level of scary. The president's prior dismissive remarks on ISIS, for political purposes, was clearly and is now indisputably wrong.
If I were in Germany now, I'd be really worried about the welcome provided Syrians by Angela Merkel. Frankly, anywhere in Europe right now, I'd be quite nervous. Not just today, for the foreseeable future.
It's about time the West draws a line in the sand on ISIS, and by in the sand, I mean somewhere in Iraq and/or Syria.
