The obvious questions follow - will the Pakistanis extradite him to the U.S.? Will he then get a civilian trial (hasn't he renounced his US citizenship)? Will he get a death sentence for high treason? Would the trial be held in NY?
Are the Pakistanis suddenly more prone to help in the fight against Al Qaida and the Taliban? And why? Does President Obama deserve some credit to offset all the foreign policy bungling and the cringe-worthy constant apologies?
What type of interrogation will Gadahn get, and by whom?
As some of these questions get answered, more will arise no doubt.
