As I asked months ago, is there any Democrat that ISN'T cheating on their taxes? In Rangel's case, it's his Congressional disclosure form. The New York Times had the story that Rangel,Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, failed to declare $500,000 in assets in 2007.
It's not exactly a tax cheat, but it certainly isn't honest. I don't think anyone on either side of the political spectrum expects honesty out of Rangel. He's in a safe Democrat district. It just is what it is.
Nevertheless, it bears pointing out. Every pebble of dirt is still dirt. Every tarnishing of the undeserved Democrat image as the party of honest any full disclosure should be brought to light. Eventually they will be dragged back to reality by the preponderance of the evidence.
