Non-taxpayers are not responsible for this madness. Non-taxpayers do not beg the govmint for anything hence are not responsible for any spending deficit or otherwise. Good reason to become a non-taxpayer. Knowledge of the tax laws is power.
But everyone is still on the hook for the bill.
